Account Deletion Request
Use this form to request deletion of your Scanium account if you no longer have access to the app.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
What will be deleted:
- Your account profile (email, display name, profile picture)
- All authentication sessions
- eBay marketplace connections and stored tokens
- All draft and published listings
- Scan history and item data
Data Retention: Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance, security, and fraud prevention purposes (such as aggregated usage statistics and security logs). This data cannot be linked back to your identity.
Alternative: If you still have the Scanium app installed, you can delete your account directly from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
